Operations Laborer - Assembly
Latrobe, PA | Full-Time | Onsite / $23/hr
We specialize in the constrution and assembly of high-end, custom lavatory, laundry and bottle filling trailers that are used at festivals, events, construction sites, and emergency disaster locations, nationwide.
Our Laborers are responsible for the complete assembly working from the ground up to deliver a finished, high-quality product. This role involves collaboration across multiple departments—including plumbing, electrical, fiberglass, and framing—as each contributes critical components to the build process.
Individuals will be experienced in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, carpentry, assembly, construction, or mechanical work. Must have hands on experience using power tools (drill, saw, grinder, etc) either professionally or personally.
Schedule & Benefits
- 4 days a week: Monday thru Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm

Required Skills
- Experience with power and hand tools - high proficiency
- Ability to be on your feet for a 10-hour shift
- Full mobility without restrictions
- Read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Complete assigned production tasks in the scheduled time frame
- Able to take direction and understand instructions
- Actively follow all company policies and expectations
- Follow all safety guidelines
