Assembly Technician - Electrical

We are seeking a forward thinking and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience in manufacturing and electrical assembly, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. No electrical license or prior certification is required; onsite training will be provided. You will assist with wiring, assembly, and testing of electrical components, systems, and equipment used throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components according to schematics and engineering specifications
• Install and route wiring for lighting, mechanical rooms, and ventilation systems
• Install components that are required for DOT compliance
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assembly and wiring tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical wiring, connections, and assembly processes
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Strong background in manufacturing, electrical assembly, or related hands-on work
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing quality work
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive assembly tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills required

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6am - 4:30pm
• Overtime on Friday's based on production needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
