Position: General Laborer
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Responsibilities:
- Assist tradesmen and site supervisors with various tasks on construction projects.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform site prep, cleanup, and demolition as needed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Take direction from supervisors and work as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand/work on feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Nashville area.
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus (but not mandatory).
