Role Description
FlexCrew is looking for skilled General Laborers in Winston-Salem, NC. The Laborers will support a team with a variety of tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and assisting skilled workers. We’re committed to providing reliable workers who can contribute to the success of a project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, digging, and lifting.
- Operate hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled workers with various duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any hazards or issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general labor or construction is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 25 lbs).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and team player attitude.
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Skills Needed: Physical Strength and Stamina, Trim and Molding Installation, Texture Application, Tool Proficiency, Attention to Detail, Safety Awareness, Time Management, Communication Skills, Dependability.
Pay Rate: $18–25/hr depending on experience and the specific needs of the project.
