Position: Carpenter
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Responsibilities:
- Perform framing, formwork, trim, and general carpentry duties on construction projects.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials per specifications.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and plans to meet job requirements.
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, and other structures.
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of carpentry experience (commercial or residential).
- Proficiency with hand tools, saws, drills, and other power tools.
- Strong understanding of measurements, layouts, and construction math.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
