As an Account Executive at Lanesurf, you’ll drive revenue growth by bringing our production-proven AI platform to leading freight brokers and 3PLs.
You’ll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification through commercial negotiation, pilot design, and long-term expansion.
You’ll partner directly with founders, engineering, and product teams to shape how new customers deploy Lanesurf’s AI stack across operations, and you’ll help enterprise accounts realize measurable ROI - faster bookings, higher margins, and greater automation coverage.
- Own the end-to-end sales process — pipeline generation, discovery, business case development, negotiation, and closing.
- Translate operational pain points in brokerage and dispatch into concrete ROI cases powered by Lanesurf’s automation platform.
- Design and execute pilot programs and expansions that prove value and scale to full-network adoption.
- Build executive-level relationships across operations, technology, and finance teams at freight brokerages and 3PLs.
- Partner with customer teams post-close to ensure successful deployment and measurable results.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems, driving disciplined execution and predictable growth.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface commercial insights that inform roadmap and integration priorities.
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or AE roles in freight tech, SaaS, or logistics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders — from ops teams to executives.
- Deep understanding of freight brokerage workflows (TMS, dispatching, carrier calls, load tracking).
- Proven ability to own customer outcomes — improving retention, NRR, and customer satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset: able to measure success, surface insights, and translate data into actionable next steps.
- Proven Traction: Our AI platform is in production, executing thousands of live carrier negotiations and load bookings daily.
- Institutional Backing: Funded by General Catalyst (~$30 B AUM) and Y Combinator (~$800 B portfolio value), giving you the capital base, credibility, and network to win enterprise accounts.
