As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing, and maintaining customers. A customer-focused attitude is a must. - Develop new business opportunities and grow accounts.
- Follow up with customers, maintain good relationships.
- Meet or exceed predetermined sales goals.
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
- Prepare Sales Proposals and Sales Contracts for orders
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Understand and promote company programs
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Maintain client records
- Monitor developments in the EV charging market, providing recommendations to meet customer needs
- Stay updated on market trends, providing insights, reports and forecasts to management

- Previous experience in Sales, customer service or related field
- Familiarity with and understanding of the EV and /or HVAC industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- College Education a plus
