CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT COORDINATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage communications between teams
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate risks and delays by supporting issue resolution
- Collaborate across departments to keep projects aligned and moving forward
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day administration and decision-making

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or project management a plus but not required
- 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role (project-based work preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and deadlines
- Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or similar)
- Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional team
