Position: Planning Specialist
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.63 - $26.44
What You’ll Do:
- Process instructions for printing, binding, and distributing magazines.
- Support your teammates in the Publisher Services group.
- Monitor daily schedules for your accounts and communicate any changes to the production team.
- Help onboard new customers and guide them through our processes.
- Share information and answer questions from customers and internal departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or planning (printing experience a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately in a team environment.
- Highly motivated, quality-focused, and proactive in solving problems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
