Position: Customer Success Manager
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $50,000.00 to $65,000.000/Annual Salary
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of Publisher Services professionals, including planning, mail data, and prepress specialists.
- Ensure overall success of customer relationships, providing a superior experience that sets us apart.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive outcomes for customers.
- Understand each customer’s business model and production/distribution challenges, offering expert advice and solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in sales, account management, or customer relationship management (printing/publishing experience is a plus!)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and responds to challenges with urgency
- Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals
