• Master our face-to-face sales system from scratch
• Hit performance goals (we show you how — and pay you when you do)
• Manage your own sales and track results through our CRM
• Begin leadership training within your first 90 days
• Support customer onboarding and retention
• Travel to help launch new cities when ready
