- Master our face-to-face sales system from scratch
- Hit performance goals (we show you how — and pay you when you do)
- Manage your own sales and track results through our CRM
- Begin leadership training within your first 90 days
- Support customer onboarding and retention
- Travel to help launch new cities when ready
