Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth/Family Ministry Director to lead and inspire our Youth/Family programs within a vibrant community-focused organization. This vital role involves creating engaging activities, providing mentorship, and fostering a nurturing environment where young people and families can grow spiritually, socially, and emotionally. The Youth/Family Director will serve as a positive role model, guiding youth through faith-based initiatives, educational opportunities, and community outreach efforts. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals and families while working within a supportive team committed to growth and service.
Qualifications and Aptitudes:
1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
2. Must have a vision and a demonstrated ability to plan, develop, coordinate, manage, and implement to youth ministry within the parameters of the United Methodist Church.
3. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills.
4. Must have a proven ability to work effectively with youth, diverse individuals, and teams of volunteers.
Part-Time - 20 hours per week.
On site -Friday's, Sunday's and Some Saturday's
Salary - $10,000 annually
