Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in various installation techniques and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and communication for each day
- Deliver and install the product to project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently during installations.
- Provide a good experience for the customer to leave an impression.
- Closeout to a job is vital to make sure open items are resolved in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor new installers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
- Adhere to all site safety rules and guidelines required by customer
- Always maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Out of town work happens often, sometimes for a long day or overnight stays depending on the job
