Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good attitude toward work and attention to detail
- Plumbing repairs and retrofits, both indoor and outdoor to include some digging and trenching
- Fencing, Signage, siding/building repairs and installation
- Painting, drywall, minor framing, flooring and other finish carpentry type work
- Maintenance of doors, windows, gutters, roof cleaning and other maintenance/ cleaning jobs
- Willingness and ability to at times go up 2-3 stories high in man baskets on roofs in a safe environment with proper training, support and safety
- Small tractor and company service vehicle operation
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in Building Maintenance and/or Landscape Maintenance a plus
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License and insurance approval to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in and out of doors year round
