This is a full-time, on-site Sales Lead role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Sales Lead will oversee daily sales operations, provide excellent customer service, drive sales goals, and train team members to enhance productivity. Responsibilities include assisting in sales management, supporting team development, delivering a superior shopping experience, and ensuring store standards are consistently upheld. The Sales Lead will work closely with the store team to empower associates and customers alike.
