Role Description
As a Sales Lead, you will support daily store operations to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, assisting customers with product selections, fostering a positive shopping environment, and managing key sales priorities. You will also support training and development efforts for team members. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Greensburg, PA.
