The Metal Building Erector will collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Assemble and erect metal building components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently during the construction process.
- Fabricate components as needed to ensure proper fit and finish of structures.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Manufacturers specs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in metal building erection or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
