- We are looking for a high-quality applicant for a landscape construction and drainage installation crew.

- Average 40-45 hr/wk with paid overtime.
- Coordinate and manage job progress and crew members.
- Identify and address problems on job site. Final walk-through with customers before finishing jobs.
- Address and manage customer concerns.
- Follow project schedule.
- Schedule subcontractors and materials deliveries.
- Track all tools for the crew truck
- Document daily job progress with pictures and videos.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Train crem members as needed.
- Responsibilities include grading, installing landscapes, drainage systems, and retaining walls.
- Efficiently operate mini excavators and skid steers.
- Understands and able to shoot grades.
- Able to read landscape plans.
- 2 years of construction management experience required.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate with customers.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record.
