• Identify, scope, and lead landscape enhancement and upgrade opportunities through site walks, client consultations, and the preparation of detailed proposals and presentations.
• Serve as a mentor and resource to junior account managers by sharing best practices, coaching on account strategy, and assisting with complex service or site-related challenges.
• Represent LandWest with a polished, professional presence when engaging high-end residential clients both on-site and remotely.
• Deliver an elevated level of customer service by proactively identifying concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously through strong prioritization, organization, and follow-through.
• Leverage Excel and internal operating systems to analyze contracts, budgets, and service plans while quickly adopting new technology platforms.
• Handle sensitive client and company information with discretion and professionalism.
• Partner closely with maintenance operations leaders and field teams to coordinate schedules, quality standards, and service delivery.
• Monitor contract compliance, billing accuracy, and renewal timelines, addressing discrepancies as needed.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and special projects that support operational improvement and company growth.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum of five years of account management experience, preferably within landscaping, construction, property services, or a related service-driven industry.
• Demonstrated success managing high-value client relationships and multiple concurrent accounts while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Proven ability to mentor and collaborate with peers or junior team members.
• Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Exceptional professionalism paired with a client-first mindset and polished interpersonal presence.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new systems; experience with Aspire or similar landscape management software is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel between job sites.
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on seasonal demands, project schedules, and client needs, including occasional on-call responsibilities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

 Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required
• Ten or more years of industry-related experience, including at least three years in a senior-level or leadership role within operations, account management, or client services.

 Physical Requirements:

• Regular travel to and work at active job sites and client properties in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk extended distances over uneven terrain, landscaped areas, and construction zones.

• Ability to enter and exit vehicles multiple times throughout the day while traveling between locations.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to visually assess landscape installations, plant health, irrigation systems, and site safety conditions.
• Prolonged periods of driving and working on a tablet, phone, or laptop in both office and field settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone in noisy outdoor environments
