Irrigation Field Supervisor
We are seeking an Irrigation Field Supervisor. The Irrigation Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing various irrigation service projects, meeting with customers and, leading technicians to deliver quality results and satisfaction to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the main point of contact to HOA’s, builders, property managers and homeowners
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial and residential irrigation systems
- Bidding on new service contracts and creating proposals for customers
- Supervising and leading a team of 7-10 service technicians daily
- Tracking and entering payroll hours for service technicians into company payroll software
- Performing inventory counts twice monthly ensuring material availability for projects
- Build and implement production schedule for 3-6 crews
- Dispatching drivers daily according to production schedules
- Other tasks as assigned and necessary
Requirements
- 5 years of irrigation service and maintenance experience
- 2 years of two-wire troubleshooting experience
- Proficient with smart phone and computer
- Ability to lead a team efficiently
- Strong work ethic and self-starter
- Ability to meet deadlines and schedules
- Valid Driver's License
Salary to commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
