IT Support Engineer Level 2
Location: Roanoke, TX (Hybrid)
We're seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer Level 2 to join a growing Managed Services Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security environments.
What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 2 support for MSP clients
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cloud, and security issues
- Support Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms
- Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VLANs
- Assist with migrations, upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects
- Document client environments and technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of MSP experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and virtualization technologies
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102) are a plus
