What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman (Hardscape / Pavers) position at Landscaping Experts?
Summary
We are hiring and looking for a dependable, skilled hardscape foreman to join our residential hardscape crew here in Joliet. You must have extensive experience leading a crew and building paver patios, start to finish. If you don't have real foreman experience, this isn't the role for you. If you DO have experience working with pavers, retaining walls, patios, grading, planting, etc - this could be a great fit.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have experience laying pavers (DO NOT apply if you've never worked with pavers)
- Must have experience as a foreman or crew lead
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardscaping
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to our main shop in Joliet, Il
