Landscaping Crew Member

• Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, bush and tree trimming, fertilizing, and aerating lawns.
• Equipment Operation: Using and maintaining various tools and equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping machinery.
• Site Preparation: Clearing debris and raking leaves
• Other Tasks:

1. Landscaping jobs may also involve mulch and pine straw and other seasonal tasks.
2. Able to work around yellow jackets/bees/wasps, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is often required but not mandatory. Pay is based off of experience level.
• Physical Stamina:

1. Landscaping work can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to routinely lift, bend, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
2. Working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions

• Equipment Proficiency: Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Landscapers need to pay close attention to detail to ensure that lawns and landscapes are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
• Communication Skills: Communicate respectfully and efficiently with clients and other team members.
• Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and procedures when operating equipment and working in outdoor environments.
• Hours:

1. Available to work 40 hours when needed with overtime pay available
2. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

• Other Requirements:

1. Depending on the specific job, other requirements may include a driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
2. Must have reliable transportation to and from job locations with a vaild drivers liscense.
3. Must be hardworking, drivin with initative, efficient in completing tasks in a complete and timely manner, and able to work independently!
