Position Details:
· Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours per day, 5 days per week with the potential to increase to full-time in the future
· Pay: $25 per hour
What You’ll Do:
· Serve as a friendly first point of contact by answering phones and assisting customers
· Schedule appointments and coordinate daily activities
· Prepare and send invoices, mailings, and communications
· Maintain organized files and records
· Provide general administrative support and step in where needed to support the team
