What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman position at Landscapes Unlimited, LLC?
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3 positions with Landscapes Unlimited, LLC Ashippun,
WI and surrounding areas in same MSA. Temp. Full Time (04/01/2026 to
11/30/2026). Hands on manual labor working on staking/layout, drainage,
bunkers, finishing, greens and tees, operating equipment, etc.; informs
crews of the day\'s planned activities and equips crews with necessary
tools and materials; instructs, supervises, and trains crews in assigned
tasks, such as irrigation installation, tee and bunker creation,
sodding, seeding, staking/flagging, operating and maintaining equipment;
manages inventory of equipment, supplies and materials, and fuel;
identifies and eliminates potential waste that may occur during
performance of assigned tasks, including material waste such as
irrigation heads, irrigation pipe and wire, gravel and greens mix;
ensures assigned equipment and tools are properly maintained through
performance of routine preventative maintenance; assists in maintaining
project records such as delivery tickets, purchase orders, safety
meeting rosters; assists in creating as-built drawings; and reports
potential problems to the Project Superintendent. \$29.91/hour paid
bi-weekly. 40hrs/wk. 7:00am 3:30pm, Sunday - Saturday. OT as needed
(\$44.87/hour). Optional company housing will be provided free of charge
for employees outside of commuting distance. Employees who do not
require or use company housing will receive a housing reimbursement of
\$231.00 per pay period. LU will use a single workweek as its standard
for computing wages due. LU will make all deductions from the worker\'s
paycheck required by law. Transportation (including meals, and to the
extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed
by company check if the worker completes half the employment period.
Return transportation will be paid by LU if the worker completes the
employment period or is dismissed early by LU. The amount of
transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most
economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$16.28 per day
during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts. LU will
reimburse workers for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and
related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding
passport fees and charges primarily for the worker\'s benefit), within
the first workweek. We reimburse employees who travel by bus to the job
site. However, those workers that choose to fly instead are paid for the
bus fare by LU, and then, LU pays for the plane fare, which is then
deducted from their pay. LU will provide workers at no charge all tools,
supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. No education
required. 12 months of experience in golf course construction and
renovation. Requires certification as a Certified Pipe Fuser by a
recognized vendor i.e. ISCO, Ewing Irrigation, ADS Hancor.
