What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance/Install Team Member- 4 Day Work Week position at Landscapes East?
Landscapes East has Landscape Maintenance positions available for the 2026 season.
Team (non-management) positions start at $20/hour after 2 weeks of paid training.
Applicants with landscape experience, especially in leadership, can expect a higher starting wage.
Work includes but not limited to : Landscape plant and bed maintenance, landscape plant installations, lawn and sod installations, and other industry related tasks.
A valid drivers license is required. Applicant must be able to lift 70 pounds consistently, and work long hours standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, and other physical demands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential landscape installations and maintenance
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Maintain job-site cleanliness and quality standards
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader
- Report to the Team Lead and Project Designer
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors and perform physical work
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Landscaping experience a plus, but not required
