Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Marysville, OH. As a Design Build Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain client relationships by providing expert guidance and recommendations for custom landscape projects. Key responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand and assess their needs, preparing detailed landscape design proposals, and managing the sales process from consultation to project acceptance. You will collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Consultation, Relationship Management, and Sales Communication
- Experience with Landscape Design, Planning, and Project Estimation
- Familiarity with Hardscaping Materials, Plant Selection, and Outdoor Space Layout
- Knowledge of Customer Service Standards and Project Presentation Skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with teams
- CRM software management throughout client journey
- Experience in the landscaping or design industry is a strong advantage
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Landscape Design, Business, Horticulture or a related field
