Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of landscape installation crews
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Manage recruiting, hiring, training, and performance for your team
- Estimate and design small landscape installation projects
- Collaborate with management and field teams to drive efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing field crews in landscape or construction
- Must have commercial irrigation experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform takeoffs and estimates
- Working knowledge of landscape equipment and materials
- Horticulture degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
