As an Account Manager, you’re the key link between our clients and our crews. You’ll make sure sites look exceptional, clients are thrilled with our service, and teams have the support they need to succeed. This is a leadership role where you’ll build relationships, solve problems, and directly impact the success of your branch.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Your Team: Manage and support landscape maintenance crews, creating clear schedules, assigning resources, and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Own the Customer Experience: Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site visits, ensuring expectations are not just met but exceeded.
- Drive Quality & Safety: Train crews on best practices, enforce safety standards, and maintain a professional, safe environment for employees and clients.
- Grow the Business: Identify site improvement opportunities, collaborate with sales teams on proposals, and follow up to win and deliver enhancement projects.
- Manage Budgets & Reporting: Track hours, expenses, and revenue weekly while helping the branch hit financial goals.
- Maintain Equipment: Oversee the care, maintenance, and repairs of assigned equipment to keep crews productive.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews and working directly with customers
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build trust with clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A self-starter mindset, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
- A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required - experience and passion go a long way
