Experienced in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in commercial services industries.

A hunter who excels at prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying leads, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new client acquisition and grow the branch’s commercial sales pipeline.

Develop, estimate, and close commercial landscape maintenance contracts.

Cold call and network to identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure exceptional client service.

Expand regional contacts and professional networks.

Utilize and maintain structured sales processes and CRM reporting systems.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven sales or business development experience in commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning, catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales, pest control, or similar B2B industries).

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory (occasional overnight travel may be required).
