DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and operate welding equipment using appropriate methods
- Prepare and align metal surfaces for welding
- Weld components in multiple positions using manual or semi-automatic tools
- Monitor weld quality and prevent defects
- Inspect joints to ensure compliance with standards
- Perform finishing tasks like grinding and polishing
- Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals

QUALIFICATIONS
Fitting certification/experience is required.
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG) and product setup.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision in fitting and welding.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
High school diploma/GED preferred
The target hourly range is $23.00 - $30.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
