Experienced Irrigation Repair Technician

Landscape Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Irrigation Repair Technician to join our growing team. We service both residential and commercial irrigation systems and are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and wiring issues
• Program, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation controllers
• Diagnose and repair two-wire irrigation systems
• Locate and repair wire faults using wire-tracing and diagnostic equipment
• Repair valves, sprinkler heads, rotors, drip irrigation, lateral and mainline breaks, and backflow components
• Adjust controllers for seasonal watering schedules
• Complete service documentation and communicate repairs clearly with customers
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Team Oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of irrigation repair experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of irrigation controllers, wiring, valves, sprinklers, drip systems, and two-wire systems
• Experience with Rain Bird, Hunter, Weathermatic, Toro, or other major irrigation brands
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Aspire Software is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
