This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Collierville, TN. The Crew Member will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, mulching, and general maintenance of commercial outdoor spaces. They will follow instructions from supervisors, ensure the safe operation of landscaping equipment, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience in landscaping tasks such as planting, mowing, edging, trimming, and general maintenance
- Basic knowledge of using and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
- Ability to follow directions, work efficiently in teams, and complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and safe equipment handling practices
- Physical stamina and capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in commercial landscaping is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
