Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and repair molds according to specifications.
- Use precision tools and machines to shape molds accurately.
- Analyze project requirements and provide solutions for mold improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure molds meet quality standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot mold equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in mold making or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a mold maker or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mold design and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and precision measuring tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
