Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform landscaping tasks like mowing, pruning, trimming, and clean-up
- Learn and eventually lead work in irrigation systems, plant care, and pest control
- Study for and obtain a WA State Pesticide Commercial Operator’s License (we’ll help you get there)
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Grow into a leadership role, with future potential to take on higher-level responsibilities.

Requirements:
Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong customer service mindset and sense of urgency
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
- Physically able to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to get your hands dirty, work hard, and keep learning.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Mechanical knowledge (equipment operation and light maintenance)
- Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Any leadership or supervisory experience.
