We are seeking an organised, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our business.

Role is Part-time / Flexible

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage scheduling and appointments for clients and the management team
• Assist with customer enquiries, providing general information about our services
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Support office operations, including filing, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate communications between clients, landscape teams, and management
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ServiceM8, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Interest or experience in landscaping or construction (preferred, but not required)
