General Description:
Provide Administrative support to the Construction and Project Management Teams
Essential Job Functions
- Create production labor tracking sheets by job and input labor hours from foreman weekly
- Notify superintendent's when labor tracking hours do not match daily hours recorded in LDI’s time keeping software (Exaktime)
- Distribute time keeping reports to team members (location executive summary report, absence report, estimated labor cost report)
- Schedule sales to construction project turnover, Don Mario’s and preconstruction meetings.
- Confirm files are uploaded and correct prior to scheduling the meetings noted above.
- Create and furnish construction files and job folders for both office and field staff
- Update and maintain billing and revenue spreadsheets
- Operation and PM meeting chairperson; ensure the effective operation of the meeting, and updated spreadsheets
- Run reports weekly for the Division President, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- New hire Orientation
- Update and maintain operational spreadsheets as needed so they are accurate. (Daily Crew Comp, Burn, Billing Sheet)
- Track the 90 within 90 process to keep project critical path on schedule
- Field and office event planning as needed to support Office Administrator.
- Adhere to and promote LDI’s company doctrine, values, and mission statement.
- Represent the organization positively and professionally.
- Maintain a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with clients and staff
Safety:
- Ensures that all LDI safety policies and OSHA regulations and high levels of productivity are met
- Comfortable in fast paced environment
- Assist Superintendents and
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications
- 2 years of Administration experience
- High School graduate
- Experience in Landscape or Construction a plus
Skills/Abilities
- Microsoft Office 365 proficient
- Knowledge of Macintosh a plus
- Type 40 WPM
- Adobe or PDF Editor proficient
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent math and writing skills
- Possess exceptional people skills
- Self-starter requiring minimal direction
- Analytical and detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
