We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor with strong experience in landscape construction-including hardscape and softscape installation and masonry work. This role isn't just about managing from the sidelines-you'll be out in the field working alongside the crew, leading by example, and helping make sure projects are done safely, on schedule, and with top-notch quality.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor with strong experience in landscape construction-including hardscape and softscape installation and masonry work. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day landscape installation operations, and job sites
- Oversight of production crews; assist with subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow, productivity, and safety
- Hands on installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, patios, etc.) and softscapes (plants, turf, trees) ponds and pondless water features.
- Management of equipment, materials, allocation of material for proper job costing and maintaining accurate records of hours worked.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in landscape, masonry, concrete, or construction
- Strong working knowledge of landscape installation, project management, hardscape/softscape techniques, and site grading
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and complete medical DOT.
