- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems, including leaks, valves, heads, wiring, and piping
- Program, test, and diagnose irrigation control systems and timers
- Perform system start-ups, shutdowns
- Read site plans and accurately locate irrigation components
- Dig trenches and holes as needed for repairs and installations
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear recommendations
- Document work performed and materials used
- Experience with irrigation systems and control technology
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Enjoyment of outdoor, physical work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to dig, lift, and perform manual labor safely and efficiently
- Customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
- Valid driver's license, required
