Lawn Maintenance Crew Members
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for individuals that will assist our maintenance and landscaping.
Duties :
-Safe operation of mowers, weed eaters, pruners, trimmers, edgers, company vehicles, etc.
-Setting up truck daily with all equipment needed to complete daily tasks.
-Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and watering lawns and plants for residential and commercial clients.
-Assist in planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying sod, following landscaping plans
-Prepare and maintain work vehicles, tools, and equipment, ensuring safety and proper functioning
-Follow instructions from the Crew Leader or Supervisor and work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
-Maintain quality control and customer satisfaction, ensuring work meets or exceeds company standards
Requirements :
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
-Self-motivated
-Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
-Strong work ethic
Experience :
-Lawn maintenance experience preferred
-Outdoor professional labor required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
