Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service
- Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions
- Assign fronts for Bell Person
- Coordinate baggage for check-ins and check-outs
- Assign bus tours for Bell Person
- Accept telephone messages from guests and checks for lost luggage
- Responsible for sign-in and sign-out sheets and valet service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
