Accounting Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Billing Professional. This position will support our Accounts Payable Manager as well as our Audio Visual Department in Client Billing. Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation and month end of the accounts payable department
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile AP Vendor Statements
- Scanning of all invoices into Accounts Payable System
- Maintain both paper and digital files.
- Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
- Billing of Audio Visual Invoices to clients using Flex Rental Solutions
- Create Month-End Revenue Share statements for our contract properties
- Communication with the AV Sales Team to ensure that all client invoices are processed timely and accurately
- A minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
- A Minimum of 3 years Microsoft Excel Experience, including pivot tables
- Job Costing experience
- Oracle experience a plus
- Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement.
- High School Diploma or GED required
