Duties
- Assemble a wide range of bicycles (mountain, road, electric, etc.).
- Perform safety checks and quality control inspections on all new builds.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workstation.
- Unbox inventory and responsibly manage/recycle packing materials.
- Develop and grow your mechanical expertise for future technician opportunities in Landry's family of 8 stores.
- Experience with hand tools and a "knack" for how things work.
- A commitment to safety and quality—getting it right the first time.
- An interest in developing technical skills within the cycling industry.
- Ability to periodically lift and maneuver bike boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Consistent availability, including morning and afternoon weekday shifts.
- Prior experience in a mechanical or assembly-focused role.
- Familiarity with modern bicycle components (hydraulic brakes, electronic shifting).
- An active interest in cycling or the local cycling community.
