What you’ll do
This pivotal role focuses on crafting compelling proposals, pitch presentations, microsites, and bespoke digital and analog outreach strategies to engage and convert prospective clients. The Growth Director collaborates closely with the Executive Growth Director to strategically respond to inbound RFPs, originate new business through targeted outbound marketing, and lead the development and articulation of all proposals. Success in this role demands the ability to expertly solicit and synthesize diverse input from key stakeholders across client services, culture, verbal, design, and leadership. Robust project management capabilities are essential to orchestrate these complex initiatives."

This role demands proven business development experience, holistic branding expertise, and financial acumen to manage complex pitches and negotiations. You'll leverage sophisticated leadership and project management skills to deliver flawless execution and engage C-suite executives.
This is a freelance opportunity with potential for FTE conversion.
The hourly rate for this position at the time of this posting may range from $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
