We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Property Manager to take ownership of leasing and tenant management. This role is commission-based, offering strong earning potential for individuals who are proactive and focused on filling vacancies.
Responsibilities
- Market and lease vacant units
- Schedule and conduct in-person showings (required before deposits)
- Follow up with leads and convert them into approved tenants
- Collect rent and communicate with tenants regarding balances
- Manage applications, leases, and payments through our online system (AppFolio)
- Maintain high occupancy and take full ownership of assigned properties
- Prioritize and fill vacant units quickly, especially long-term vacancies
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure
