- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience gathering business/functional requirements, defining use cases, and creating structured business documentation.
- Instructional & Visual Design: At least 3 years of experience designing graphic-based communications, educational content, and visual learning materials.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with SharePoint administration/authoring, graphic design technologies, and graphic production processes.
- Software Competency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Visio for process mapping and presentation.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and top-tier written and verbal communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
