Receptionist Evening - Part-Time
Job Summary:
Parkshore Estates Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and therapy services, is seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our evening shift team. As a Receptionist Evening, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and staff members. Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and staff members in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Work Schedule:
Part-time position with evening shift hours: 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm, weekdays
