Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Aide, you will be responsible for:
Performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and replacements of facilities, fixtures, and equipment
Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Conducting routine inspections and reporting any defects or needed repairs to supervisors
Assisting in the inventory management and ordering of supplies and equipment
Ensuring all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing facilities, floors, and equipment
