POSITION SUMMARY

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare financial spreads for large and complex agricultural credits.
- Evaluate all aspects of real estate valuations for commercial and agricultural loans. This includes verifying valuations are within regulatory requirements and in accordance with LNB policies.
- Prepare and review periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions, using multiple software applications.
- Order third party independent appraisals for commercial and agricultural loans as needed.
- Assist in preparation of loan approval reports, including the assessment of risk, and periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions.
- Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the quarterly Job Progress Plan.
- Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including department huddles and other events.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
