Senior Credit Analyst (44346)

POSITION SUMMARY

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare financial spreads for large and complex agricultural credits.
• Evaluate all aspects of real estate valuations for commercial and agricultural loans.  This includes verifying valuations are within regulatory requirements and in accordance with LNB policies.
• Prepare and review periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions, using multiple software applications.
• Order third party independent appraisals for commercial and agricultural loans as needed.
• Assist in preparation of loan approval reports, including the assessment of risk, and periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions. 
• Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the quarterly Job Progress Plan.
• Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including department huddles and other events.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
