We are currently looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details:

HOW YOU WILL CONNECT

Consistently delivers the Landmark National Bank commitment To be champions and catalysts for our communities by ensuring timely and accurate disclosing and initial vendor ordering of all loans originated by the mortgage loan officers.   Works in an environment where individuals are trusted to work independently and as part of a productive, successful team.

WHO YOU ARE

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Handle deadlines and work effectively under pressure

• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and ability to use proprietary software

• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task

• Experience in processing Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA is preferred

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Organize and verify the completeness of loan application.

• Disclose each loan in accordance with regulations and bank policy.

• Inputting proper loan information into the system for disclosing.

• Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy.

• Ordering of third party vendors.

• Reviewing file documentation for disclosing.

• Meeting crucial deadlines.

• Assist Originator with acceptance of applications as needed. Performing any additional duties/activities as assigned by management.

• Manage own professional improvement through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan.

• Engage in Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives and team success activities, Huddles and Celebration events.

• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
